Located in the county of Bedfordshire, the delightful town of Leighton Buzzard stands near to the county border betwixt Bucks and Bedfordshire, on the banks of the Grand Union Canal, it has a populace of approximately 37,000 and a heritage harping back to Roman days, at which time the early Watling Street (now the A-5) passed the town.
