Located in the county of Bedfordshire, the small town of Leighton Buzzard lays very near to the county border in between Bedfordshire and Bucks, on the Grand Union Canal, Leighton Buzzard has a population of about 37,000 and a past stretching back to the days of the Romans, at which time the Roman built A5 (then known as Watling Street) passed by the town.
